Schedule & Location (Read Carefully)
- Weekday availability required (Monday–Friday)
- Must be available at least some hours between 10am–3pm
- Routes are primarily in Ballard, Magnolia, Phinney Ridge, and/or Fremont areas and are built with efficiency in mind.
- This is a driving-based role; a reliable car is required
What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, enriching dog walks and pet care visits
- Drive between nearby client homes
- Review your schedule daily and follow visit notes carefully
- Send visit updates, photos, and pet journals through our app
- Communicate clearly with our Client Experience Team
- Participate in paid training and team meetings (quarterly)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven reliability and punctuality
- Experience with pets (personal or professional)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Tech-comfortable (apps, email, messaging)
- Team-oriented mindset
Pay & Perks
- $21.00–$24.00 per hour
- W-2 employment (no contractor tax issues)
- Paid training + certification

- We build your schedule for you and handle all of the backend client communications - all you have to do is focus on the pets in your care, and we will handle the rest!
